Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Member", or "Player") and Shoei888 (hereinafter referred to as "Shoei888", "we", "us", or "the Company") governing your access to and use of the online gaming platform accessible at https://shoei888.cam (the "Platform").

Shoei888 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform targeting the Malaysian market and international users. The Company holds an international gaming licence issued by a recognised offshore gaming jurisdiction. Shoei888 does not hold, and does not claim to hold, any gambling licence issued by Malaysian domestic authorities, as no such licensing framework exists for online gambling operators in Malaysia.

By accessing the Platform, creating a member account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and close your account if one has already been created.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Account Eligibility

Registration on and use of the Shoei888 Platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Shoei888 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gambling activities on the Platform. Underage gambling is illegal and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• You are a natural person of full legal capacity. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and automated entities may not register accounts.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own accord, and you understand that online gambling involves financial risk.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited under applicable law, and it is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before participating.
• You do not hold, and have not previously held, an account on the Platform that was suspended, closed, or banned by Shoei888 for any reason.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order — either through Shoei888's own self-exclusion programme or through any external responsible gambling scheme.
• You are accessing the Platform using your own financial instruments and funds from a legitimate source. Third-party or anonymous funding is prohibited.

Shoei888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to: national identity card, passport, utility bills, or bank statements. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe as requested by the Company will result in account suspension pending verification.

Account Registration & Security

Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the Platform. Duplicate account creation — whether using the same identity, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. The Company employs automated systems to detect duplicate registrations. All accounts found to be in violation of the single-account policy will be closed, and any balances may be forfeited at the Company's discretion.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. Shoei888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

You agree to notify Shoei888 immediately via our 24/7 live chat support if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your Account. Until such notification is received, any actions taken using your credentials — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as authorised by you.

KYC verification is mandatory prior to first withdrawal. Members are required to submit valid proof of identity and proof of address as specified during the verification process. Shoei888 reserves the right to request enhanced due diligence documentation for large transactions or where anti-money laundering obligations require.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

Shoei888 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. Accepted methods currently include: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and Hong Leong Connect. Supported payment methods are subject to change without prior notice; current options are always displayed on the Platform's deposit and withdrawal pages.

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Maximum single deposit limits are displayed during the deposit process and vary by payment method.
• All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and refund of the deposited amount.
• Deposits via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited instantly. FPX and online banking deposits are generally credited within 5–15 minutes subject to bank processing times.
• Shoei888 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside the Company's control.

5.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by method and account tier and are displayed in the withdrawal interface.
• Withdrawals are only processed to payment instruments registered in the Member's verified name. No third-party withdrawals are permitted under any circumstances.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. DuitNow and FPX transfers are typically completed within 5–15 minutes. Direct bank wire transfers may take up to 60 minutes.
• First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests will be placed in a pending queue until KYC is approved.
• Shoei888 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal where AML obligations or fraud prevention considerations warrant further due diligence.

5.3 Currency

The Platform primarily operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) for Members depositing via Malaysian payment channels. All balances, wagers, and winnings for MYR accounts are denominated in MYR. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are determined by the Company at the time of transaction and are non-negotiable.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Shoei888 offers various promotional incentives to Members including, but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• All bonus offers are intended for genuine recreational use only. The Company reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, a standard wagering requirement of 5x the bonus amount applies. Details are always stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonus funds are forfeited, not withdrawn, in the event a Member requests a withdrawal before wagering requirements are met. Only the non-bonus real money balance (if any) would be processed.
• The Company's fraud detection systems monitor for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-variance betting strategies designed to exploit bonuses, coordinated bonus farming across multiple accounts, or reverse withdrawals following bonus activation. Accounts exhibiting such patterns may have bonuses voided and accounts reviewed or closed.
• Bonuses are available to eligible Members only and are non-transferable. Only one welcome bonus per household, IP address, or device is permitted unless otherwise stated.

Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All wagers on Shoei888 are subject to the game-specific rules displayed within the game interface or sports betting market. In the absence of game-specific rules addressing a particular scenario, the Company's general betting rules as set out below shall apply.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. It is the Member's sole responsibility to verify bet details — selection, stake amount, and odds — prior to confirmation. Mistakes made by the Member in placing a wager cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects a game round or betting market, Shoei888 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. The decision of the Company in such circumstances is final.
• Shoei888 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any betting market at any time for operational, regulatory, or integrity reasons. In such cases, all affected open bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Where odds are displayed incorrectly due to a manifest error by the Company (a "palpable error"), Shoei888 reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and re-settle at the correct price, or to void the market entirely. Members will be notified of such corrections.
• Winnings are credited to the Member's account balance upon settlement of the relevant market. Settlement times vary by market type and are at the Company's discretion.
• The Company operates a maximum payout policy. Single event payouts exceeding defined limits (as posted in game-specific or market-specific rules) may be limited to the applicable cap regardless of the bet's theoretical return.

Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Shoei888 Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund an account; engaging in chargeback fraud; or providing false identity documentation.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other competitive game format on the Platform.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting pricing differences between Shoei888 markets and other operators or exchanges to guarantee risk-free profit in a manner inconsistent with recreational gambling behaviour.
• Use of bots or automation: Employing any software, script, bot, AI agent, or other automated tool to place bets, interact with games, or perform any other action on the Platform without human input in real time.
• Multiple account abuse: Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent eligibility restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or evade account bans.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose related to the laundering of proceeds of criminal activity. Shoei888 has zero tolerance for money laundering and will cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
• Hacking or interference: Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, games, random number generators, or network infrastructure.
• Offensive conduct: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward Shoei888 staff or other Members via any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Shoei888 Platform — including but not limited to: software, graphics, logos, icons, text, images, audio, video, game mechanics, and user interface design — is the proprietary property of Shoei888 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the express prior written consent of Shoei888.

"Shoei888" and all associated logos, wordmarks, and stylistic elements are trade marks of the Company. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited and may constitute trade mark infringement actionable under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shoei888 expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Shoei888 does not warrant that: (a) the Platform will be continuously available or free from errors or interruptions; (b) the results obtained through use of the Platform will meet your expectations; or (c) any defects in the Platform will be corrected promptly.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shoei888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, loss of data, or loss of access to your account due to events outside the Company's reasonable control.

In all cases, the Company's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Member in the 90 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, excluding any bonus funds credited during that period.

Suspension, Termination & Account Closure

Shoei888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member's account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Compliance with a legal or regulatory order or instruction from a competent authority.
• Detection of a self-exclusion instruction from the Member or a responsible gambling authority.

Upon account closure by the Company for reasons of verified fraud or material breach, any remaining balance may be withheld, forfeited, or returned in accordance with the Company's findings and applicable legal obligations. Upon voluntary account closure by the Member (subject to no outstanding wagering requirements or investigations), any real-money balance will be refunded to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable period.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our 24/7 live chat support team. Closure requests will be processed promptly, and any eligible balance will be returned following completion of any outstanding withdrawal processing requirements.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Shoei888 holds its gaming licence, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to binding arbitration in the relevant jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent Shoei888 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent ongoing breach of these Terms.

Members acknowledge that they are accessing the Platform voluntarily and accept that the law of the governing jurisdiction — not Malaysian law — applies to disputes between the Member and Shoei888. Malaysian users acknowledge that Malaysian law may not provide for, recognise, or enforce online gambling contracts, and they assume all legal risk associated with their use of the Platform.

Changes to These Terms

Shoei888 reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Members via email (to the address registered on the account) or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform, no less than 7 calendar days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to request account closure.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically. Previous versions of these Terms are archived internally and are available upon written request for legitimate legal purposes.
